EBL Global’s management have just returned from a trip to the Middle East where they are working on facilitating a deal between a large European construction company and a Middle Eastern construction company. The initial project in hand is the construction of 5,000 apartments to European standards. The deal will conclude with a new joint venture company being owned and operated by both parties giving the European company a strong foothold in the region and the local company gaining access to modern building designs and standards from a large, reputable European construction company who have previous Middle Eastern experience. It is envisaged that the deal will be concluded second quarter of 2014 with EBL Global playing a pivotal role in the negotiations.
